1983 Chevy K5 Blazer Silverado
This is one 'tuff truck'! Very sought after by the off-roading scene.
The K5 Blazer had "full convertible" removable tops until 1976. In 1976 GM introduced a half-cab design that was less prone to leaks and slightly safer in a roll-over. These half cabs are convertible starting at a few inches behind the driver/passenger doors all the way back to the tailgate. In 1981 a prototype K5 was used as a testbed by the military.
This K5 features a 305, 5.0L V8, automatic, 4x4 and a 700R4 transmission with automatic overdrive.
It also has running boards, hitch, a sunroof and features red cloth interior.
Blue book value reveals an average retail value of $6400.00!!! It is a classic! This rig does show some body rust on the drivers side and on the bumpers. Very nominal and easily repairable. At only 131,000 miles it is a steal for the money!
We have it on special for $1500.00
